The Pre-school Ministry (Lamb’s Love) at Gassaway Baptist Church offers programs for two, three, four, and five year olds on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evening.

At 9:45, children are in traditional Sunday School classes. At 11:00 Little Lamb’s Worship is designed for little ones. As a group, they celebrate what their Good Shepard is doing for them, and then divide into small groups for different activities. On Wednesday evenings there are age appropriate groups with Bible stories, crafts, and more fun.

If you are interested in having your child become apart of the Lamb’s Love Pre-School Ministry bring them to the house adjacent to the church on Sunday mornings and/or Wednesday evenings. They are sure to have a lot of fun. If you are interested in helping with Lamb’s Love Pre-school Ministry, we have many opportunities for service.

Along with our Wednesday evening and Sunday morning activities we also offer other worship groups within Lamb’s Love Pre-school Ministry:

MOPS- Mothers of Pre-Schoolers, or MOPS is an international organization of
Mothers –who have pre-schoolers. Once a month, moms meet and have a guest
speaker, craft time, plenty of food to eat and a lot of socializing with other moms.
While mom’s are meeting, the children are in a well staffed nursery, enjoying
crafts, snacks, games and special time of their own.

Let’s Frolic and Fellowship- Little Lamb’s Frolic and Fellowship is just that—a
special time of fun—with our friends. Special activities are planned throughout
the year. In the past, we have entered the Gassaway Christmas Parade and the
enjoyed cookies and hot cocoa, make shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child,
“walked” with Jesus from Palm Sunday to Easter, had a picnic at Sutton Lake,
and always had fun.

Rejoice in the Lamb- This Pre-School Ministry Music Program takes place during
the time set specifically aside during the Sunday School hour for music. Lively
songs with lots of motions are our favorites. The first Sunday of every month, the
Rejoicing Little Lambs share some of their songs with the rest of the church
family at the beginning of the 11:00 worship.
